AZ Traffic Report and CalcTips v1.3 Released

Both the AZ Traffic Report and CalcTips were updated to v1.3.

AZ Traffic Report update:
- Optimize some of the app to make it a little smaller
- Reworked exit procedure to prevent a crash bug on some phones from occurring
